Hi, ask me anything about Caelus Universe lore. If I don't know the answer, don't fret; the dungeon masters will be notified to teach me about the topic.
Read about the responsibilities and role of each staff position.
Administrators coordinate with other staff members and manage documentation and files. They ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Membership staff are the advocates and supporters of members within Caelus Universe. Any disputes between players, suggestions, ideas, concerns, etc. can be brought to Membership. They also promote engagement within the group through creating polls and working with other staff members.
Dungeon Masters are responsible for running one-shots or campaigns within the Caelus universe. They coordinate with writers and administrators to ensure the season's storyline is cohesive and engaging.
Public Relations connects with external organizations/groups to collaborate, is the point of contact for outside groups.
Writers assist with the planning of stories and are responsible for writing and editing the world lore. They work closely with Dungeon Masters and administrators to create a rich and immersive narrative for the Caelus universe.
Media staff assist with either social media, video media, or map making. Social media staff create and post content on various social media platforms. They also respond to direct messages and engage with the community online. Video Media staff are responsible for creating and editing video-based content. They record and manage video content to ensure high-quality media production. Map makers create maps using Inkarnate or Dungeondraft for use in Foundry by the Dungeon Masters.
Event Coordinators plan, create, and designate a host for events held within Caelus Universe. While Event Coordinators don't necessarily have to be at the events they plan, they do need to find a staff member to be there and host it on their behalf.
Dungeon Masters Assistants assist Dungeon Masters with running one-shots or campaigns, moderating sessions, taking over if the DM needs to step away, and running combat/NPCs/etc.
Moderators ensure the safety and comfort of members by monitoring interactions and taking necessary actions such as banning, kicking, or muting members when needed.
